PropRetire stores all user data on secure servers located within Australia, hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Sydney (ap-southeast-2) region. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis, enforced through role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication.
Third-Party Services
We engage carefully vetted third-party service providers to assist in delivering our platform. These include Stripe and GoCardless for payment processing, AWS for cloud infrastructure, PostHog for product analytics, and Resend for transactional email delivery.
Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to certain processing activities, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
Data Retention
